We accept payment via Paypal &  personal cheque (subject to clearance times). We accept Paypal only from all other overseas buyers.

 Overseas buyers are responsible for duties & taxes.

We try to post all purchases within one business day (we do not post on Saturday).

Please do not ask us to send your goods to an address other than that which you have registered on Paypal as we are bound by rules which do not allow us to do this.

We do not post to Post Office Boxes, business addresses (unless this address is your registered Paypal address) or third party freighters.

When posting overseas we will not falsify customs documentation as it is an offence to do so.

We are not responsible for our freighters transit times. We will refund your payment in full if our freighters fail to deliver in a timely manner. We will not begin to process refunds for delayed parcels until 1 month after we have posted, this allows a reasonable amount of time for delayed parcels to pass through the system. Undelivered parcels are always returned to us by the Postal Services.

Return policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, in the event that you are not please let us know via email or phone & then return your goods in the condition you received them in, in the original packaging within 7 days for a refund. Please mark the package "Returned Goods". We regret that we are unable to refund postage. We do not offer part refunds. You must return unwanted goods before your refund is processed.
